Mother of Tenderness
Icon written by Sr. Regina Krushen, OSB, a nun of Abbey of St. Walburga (died in 2003), based on 16th century image. Icon prints are reproduced on paper and mounted on red-stained hardwoods. Slots are carved into the wood on the back for hanging. Includes pamphlet describing the origin and symbolism of the icon. These icons make wonderful gifts, especially for those with great devotion to the Blessed Mother!
